2.  Lachung

Lachung is a small town that shines like a morning star at an elevation of 9610 ft. in North Sikkim. It is located at a distance of 120 km from Gangtok. This town is mostly visited by the tourists. Lachung can easily be called The Sleepy Green Hamlet because it has lush greenery all over and there is a surreal lull in the air. It seems like the clock has stopped ticking in this dream-like town. 

Joseph Dalton Hooker had labelled Lachung as the Most Picturesque Village of Sikkim. Lachung is less cold in comparison to Lachen. There are pretty wildflowers growing in bunches. Apart from the wildflowers and the greenery, Lachung is a home to innumerable fruit ochards and glacial rivers that cut through the heart of the hamlet and add to its beauty.

3.   Yuksom 

Located in the Western parts of Sikkim,

Yuksom is the origin of several enthralling

treks into the Himalayas or the magical Kanchenjunga. Once a capital of Sikkim 

this hamlet is more known for its pristine 

beauty and rustic appeal. Also known as the Meeting place of three Lamas ,this Sikkimese village has recently started gaining tourism attention.

It is charming historical town blessed with jaw dropping gorgeousness.

It is a perfect gateway to Mt. Kangchendzongha. This town includes historical monuments, ancient monasteries, tranquil waterfalls and screne lakes.
